Mr. Adamic began his consulting career in 1986 with the Alexander Proudfoot Company where he quickly progressed to Chief of Installations. He held management positions in several boutique consulting organizations and directly supported improvement projects at a variety of locations. He has a Bachelors Degree in Communications with a minor in Economics from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. and holds various continuing education certifications. His ability to develop rapport with different cultures has served well in his assignments to different parts of Europe, Australasia and North America. Prior experience in sales coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit and operations knowledge helped extend the majority of his projects beyond their original scope. He is equally comfortable presenting business assessment opportunities to prospective high level client executives, to working "one on one" with shop floor supervision to implement change. He's results oriented and focused on making your operation work better.
